* For the purpose of this poll, 1999 GM god models are not considered as "encountered in game."

* Demi-gods (Ayonae Ro, Luclin, Morell Thule, Sullon Zek, and Vazaelle) have not been included.

* E'Ci, Povar, and Tarew Marr are currently represented in game by Coirnav, but do not appear individually. Thus, they have been included here.

* The Nameless, being an imageless force which serves to create universes, has not been included.

Of the gods not encountered in game, which would you be most interested in seeing?
Brell Serilis, the Duke of Below:206 (15.1%)
E'Ci, the Wintery Guardian:54 (4.0%)
Erollisi Marr, the Queen of Love:160 (11.7%)
Povar, the Veiled One:29 (2.1%)
Prexus, the Ocean Lord:84 (6.2%)
Quellious, the Tranquil:81 (5.9%)
Rodcet Nife, the Prime Healer:76 (5.6%)
Tarew Marr, the Fathom Lord:27 (2.0%)
Veeshan, the Mother of all Wurms:646 (47.4%)
Total:1363

First post lol. I want to see Rodcet Nife so I can ***** about that priest of his who continually shouts his name in the Qeynos newbie yard. It can get annoying.

I actually sent a lengthy *****-letter to SOE after learning that they weren't bothering to include Quellious in PoTraq.

And no, lame "embodiment within the plane" crap doesn't count. I want an NPC model I can walk up and /hug.

Edit: If we could choose any deity, Quellious would still be my first choice but coming in a close second would be Rolfron Zek. Kobold God of Despair! Hooray!

With my luck, he'd look like the shi[/i]tty tutorial Muppet kobold.

Brell So i can finnaly say There now you have no roleplay reasons not to upgrade the coldain shawl to 10 at least ! More augment slots and upgraded stats and focus effect and mana regen, and spell shielding and similar effects PLEAAASSEE! Cmon Brells' avatar is not the same as Meeting Him in Person!!(virtually of course) Whos to say he cant place a stronger "blessing"upon the shawl

Cmon! Wouldnt takeing out some of Brells greatest enemys, like various uber Giants in Kael, or Even Dragons(technicly they are supposed to be foes of his cause they worship veeshun)Mightnt that persuade Brell to place a MUCH Stronger blessing upon it ?

Maybe a special Augment quest that only fits in the coldain shawl.ala epic 2.5 aug quest

Brell, for sure. I've played a dwarf since 2001 and have been irritated that they never put him in the game yet.

Veeshan the Wurmqueen by far! The god that first gave life to Norrath!

Prexus, the Ocean Lord.

So many follow him, yet he is one of the most obscure gods. Everyone from Erudite to Kerran follow him, though they are mortal enemies. It just strikes me as funny is all, and I would like to see what form he himself would take.

I wanna see The Nameless.

Of course even if it was in the game I am sure there would be some insane access type quest that woudl require countless 72 person raids to gain access to, so i wouldn't see it anyways.

Brell was my choice as well. He's Stubby's god and would be fun to pay him a visit.

There's also existing lore in place for access to the Plane of Underfoot. Rumors were that when the Hole was created, it touched the plane. Sounds like good reason to bring him (and the plane) in sometime :).

Veeshan would be neat.. it would be nice to have a MOB that is truly unkillable, like the Sleeper was supposed to be. Still, one of her claws simply passing through Velious left The Great Divide, so Veeshan herself would have to be viewed from quite a distance.. she'd likely be larger than Luclin itself. Much larger, actually.

Quelious (sp?) would have to be my second choice.. I would like to see people attack him, only to be mez'd with a deity-force mez! Hehe, a long-duration, AoE, unresistable mez would be pretty funny.

I agree with the post far up there, too. I want to /hug 'em. Hell, I even made my first main, a Druid,'s last name "Freehugger" (a pun on 'Treehugger' and the fact I always did '/ooc me so cute and huggable!').

Seriously, though, of the the gods having a more meaningful existence, where you could interact with them without being high-level in a raid group, and not fighting them, would be very interesting. I'd love to have a chat with a deity, stuffed with lore and secrets!

Reason, I want to kill the god responsible for Ocean of Tears

Hmm...

Since my brothers' Bard apparently isn't liked that much because he /bows to Veeshan, it might be funny to see what happens if he prances his happy *** up to Brell and /rude that tubby sack of .... whatever he is. o.O

But what I'd really like to do is SLAP Prexus across the face, over and over, and I don't CARE how many CR's I've gotta do because of this one blasted Paladin I know. Mother *@&*$&*#$&*

Veeshun could probably kill you just by you looking at her lol :)
Maybe an Avatar of Veeshun , the Size easily double that of the largest mob ever..

But id still rather see Brell, if not Brell then Tarew Marr The nameless is just a createive force not really a god as it has no direction other than createion of Universes... Makes you wonder if there is a Anti Nameless something that is faceles but only exists to Destroy...?

Alright, I implore anybody who wants to shoot down the Veeshan idea to think about how amazing of an encounter that could be. Veeshan can scar a planet, so how awesome would it be to have a raid force fighting up Veeshan, like scaling her until you finally reach some area near the top and attempt to vanquish her. It would be more epic then Kerafyrm plus every diety raid combined.

I know who I would not want to fight,

Rodcet Nife, the Prime Healer

Bet the regen rate on that guy would be through the roof.

btw...mayong has ascended to a demigod state, he isn't a god.

No, he already was a demi-god, thus why he ruled over the Demi-Plane of Blood. He has now ascended to full godhood.

what id like to see is that they made quest for one to change the diety they have (the new god they choose shall be within class/race limits).
could start in the corpse retrivel zone by the hatchetman there
should be a alot of subquests (because it shouldnt be too easy) that would end up in that you by the god you wish to follow tells you to retrive proof of your loyalty to him/her by killing your present god, could be all instance zones (just paste and copy those that alredy exists, make some of the avatars a little harder than normal, and give them a shared loot table like on epic fights so people would be more interested in doing it) where the god is just a soul imbued avatar off XXX god, kill it and loot a "soul imbued shard of XXX", should not be able to MQ the quest.
that would allow the programmer to make alot of new planes and gods and give us some fun content.
as for gods that arent there yet, i would make portals to their planes.
brell - the hole
veeshan - either a portal that opens after killing vulak or a portal on last island in PoSky
rodcet nife - qeynos inside the flying disc
prexus- bottom of OOT, just to **** people off :)
cant come on where else there could be placed a portal to the missing gods

After Mayong eats some of the Gods who will be left? Be interesting if they really shake it up like that, leaving a pile of people worshipping a dead god. Could do some interesting lore/quests based off that. Such as a quest to retain your faith since having your god die would probably turn you agnostic or make you believe in Mayong.

That would be good... Mayong kills Mith Marr and all these Pallys have to worship him :P

Veeshan would be interesting to see as a non-combat mob... but if you aren't ally to CoV you get eaten. The great wurm speaks in your mind: "You have served my children on Norrath, do you forsake _______ (go through all the other gods). Doing so makes you iksar like max kos (make it unfixable--you are the avatar of veeshan now) everywhere but makes you Veeshan worshipping (like some bards) with the ability to gate to a Veeshan only city (your new origin point) that makes up for being hated by the world.

I am sure there is lots of cool direction you could take something like this. You could set this up as the direction a serious raid guild wants to take with benfits geared to them doing all other raid content based on being centralized under Veeshan.
