LDoN - Weight reducing bag. A brief quest upgraded it from 25%WR to 50% WR.
Gates - Taelosian staff. Increased your Taelosian faction to assist questing
Omens - Crappy wand you click to get a particle effect. Yay.
Dragons o' Norrath - Ten complete heal or Full mana potions.
Depths of Darkhollow - Roboboar

I thought you handed in the crystals to the appropriate NPC for either the mana or hp potions. I'm not 100% -- I still have them unclaimed along with roboboar and the gargoyle shroud token

The DoN reward is a crystal that you turn into Mirao Frostpouch in PoK. In return, he gives 10 full health & 10 full mana potions regardless of your class. I still have a quite a few of each on my necro and normally only use them in raid situations. Outside of that reward, the only other expansion reward that I have found really useful was the LDoN weight reduction bag, but sadly I claimed that on a toon I stopped playing quite awhile back.

The roboboar was a decent idea but the thing shakes too violently to use as a mount and the EPA keeps sending me hate tells about the pollution it spews out. If the roboboar's corkscrew tail could do sustained damage by backing into a mob, there would be a use, but that's about the only one.
