my warrior is in a guild with another warrior who uses ALL his spare hotkey buttons in all banks for inc messages... only problem is entire group pisses themself with laughter cos its a different, but hillarious message per mob, including sound effects
I have always used
"%t is incoming, his friends call him Steve"
I change the message each pull for a new name. I use Herb, Melvin, Captain Gravy...whatever.

I always use "incoming %t, save the ranger" (FYI, I am that ranger who needs saving)
The funniest one I ever saw, hmm I was in a group once and everyone was just sitting there, no chatting going on at all (lame). We had killed about 15 Mobs and were waiting for the puller to bring a mob back and we see "inc %t and as many others as I can get, maybe this will wake you all the F%$@$ up."
I thought it was funny but others didn't, hence,lame group....

Side note: Had someone once ask me .. why don't you call your slows, response (from our tank) ... I can see the message if it took and see my HPs drop if not, why bother? Though on the first pull I'll usually drop a "%t is malo'd, slowed and double dotted, tank Q'd ... Time for my snack (Other healers know that canni 5 is inc).

all funny i personally include an /em when i make the mistake of pulling with my bst as hes not currently well practiced at doing it successfully

slowing %T for (65%) (or less if it lands if not recast in 3.2.1, repeat)

Long ones are good for one read, but after that /g inc %t is all that is needed.
