yesterday afternoon some how my group got into talking about evolving items wich none of us knew nothing about. so i have some questions
how do you get them
where can you get them
do you have to be a speical level to wield them
is there a recominded level to get them
can low level people get them and weild them
any other walk thrues would be fine

Most have Recommended/Required levels for use.

low like 50 low, or low like 10 low....depends on the item..all of the known evolving items have recommended/reqd levels.

most evolving items I have seen are at least lvl 60 to weild/wear

For evolving items, they evolve based on the mobs that are Light Blue or higher (they have to give XP to evolve your item)
.. and you get it more related to the number of kills (you will get more evolve xp for 2 or 3 light blues vs 1 red mob), so if you want to get your item to evolve, go kill a bunch of light blues.
