The more I play with DoD expansion more questions come to mind. Ok I have turned in the Gargoules tooth with my main is there a way to get Shrouds with other toons on that account?

That was an extra freeby shroud. You still get all the normal shrouds with your other toons.
To rephrase what Kelti said, hey game is down and im post farming a bit, the gargoyle shroud is unique to on character. All other characters on your account will be able to hail the other shroud npc's to be shrouded. (Found this out by accident myself two weeks ago.)
