Most spell reagents can be purchased at vendors while others have to be farmed from mobs.
Would it kill you to be any less vague?

We really need to know what you need them for. Many come from vendors, many are dropped.
PoK has most reagents needed. Abysmal Sea, THurgadin and Shadowhaven are also helpful.

To determine what reagent you need, it might be helpful to look up your spell here. It will tell you.
Many reagents are gems. These are purchasable at many vendors that sell gems or Caster supplies.
Some of the LDoN spells require scrying stones available at the Magi.
Bone chips are dropped, reagent for Necro/SK pets.
Tiny Daggers for Enchanters are at Caster Suppliers likely listed as General Merchants.
Reagents for removing augments are available in your guild hall, or in the Butcherblock Adventure camp, probably Abysmal Sea too.
If you are a druid and want to cast a fire-based spell you need a fire beetle eye (dropped).
That's most of the basics...

Go to http://www.eqtraders.com
click "trade supplies".... it will list all the zones and you can look per zone, but better is at the bottom and you can look per skill (ie Spell Research, Tinkering, etc) and that should give you a printable list that will take 2-4 reams off paper.... good luck
