Do you h ave to complete the entire tower of Sol Ro in order to be time flagged, I only have 28% done, but I have killed rathe cornaiv and Fennin and am flagged for fire, please advise, Dunno what to do =)
For time flag all you need is the 4 elemental bosses killed Cornaiv, Fennin Ro, The Rathe, and Xegony.
Killing Fennin flagged you for fire.

SolRo Minis are only for access to SolRo himself and since that is a void point you are in the clear =p
GL on Xeg(though from the looks of it yo uwill ahve no problem.....cornaiv is by far the hardest ele god and since you have him under your belt you should be time flagged in no time =))

Before there was no changes to Time, I was flagged for Time before I was flagged for the Elemental Planes.
If you get 85'ed to the EP boss raids and successfully kill them, you can complete your Time access. It was funny that when we would raid Time, I could zone in right away; however, when we went to do some more back-flagging, I had to wait for the 85 rule.
