The wiki thread has got me to thinking that maybe I could contribute some info here.
I've done at least four tasks recently that were either not on Alla's at all or were very incomplete, yet I didn't submit anything.
I wouldn't really know how.
What's the best way to save info from your textbox from the game to some useable format?
I'm sure there are instructions on submittal but any hints or what-not from anyone about efficiency in getting the info from my EQ screen to Alla's doorstep?

Best thing to do is to turn on logging to capture all of the quest text. Then, when it's time to submit to Ralius, you can just copy and paste the text from your logs.

Just copy quest text from in-game logs ("/log on" - goes to your EverQuest "Logs" folder).
For task text that does not appear in the logs (I'm not sure if it does or not?), you can always take a screenshot of the task box and send that.
