Lucy - Why no rescent Test updates?

In the past, leading up to expansions we've seen lots of updates to Lucy as spells progressed.

Why have we not seen that with Prophecy of Ro? The last update shown on there is 12/19.

Test wasn't updated with any new content during that time. Yes, the server has had no downtime at all since December as far as I can tell.

Seems they did all their testing over on the beta server.
