Just checked eqplayers and saw the following new entries for AA's

General

Gift of the Dark Reign
Tenacity of the Dark Reign
Embrace of the Dark Reign
Power of the Dark Reign
Fervor of the Dark Reign
Gift of the Keepers
Valor of the Keepers
Embrace of the Keepers
Power of the Keepers
Sanctity of the Keepers

Did check these for druid, chanter, rogue, paladin and all show as cost 0, but Cur/Max shows as 0/1 so not sure if this an error or if you can only get these via a special way

I believe you get them via progression.

These are from Dragons of Norrath progression. The ones ending in Dark Reign are for evil progression and the ones ending in Keepers are for good progression.

Yup, as the others said, they're DoN progression rewards.. getting them at the end of certain completed tasks. There's a set of each, such as the "Gift"'s are the same, just of the opposing factions. (If you help one side, the AA's from the other disappear, so you can have a max of one complete set, with none of the others)

PoRo should have AA's.. but progression AA's, like the ones you just pointed out from DoN. None of them purchased, like we've been used to.

Paladins (and I imagine Shadow Kights as well) did get a NEW AA with PoR.

Paladins still have the Holy Pony AA that costs 9 AA's but we also have the "Noble Steed" added to our Class list. This also costs 9 AA's and gives the Paladin a Unicorn as a mount.

This is true.. I overlooked this.

Additionally, Rogues and.. Rangers?.. received Trap-related AA's in their class tab.
