Tech help pleaseFollow

Since the patch, I've been having graphics problems and I'm having problems with clicking things as well. I don't seem to have these issues with other games. I'm stuck in PoK, as I cannot click on any stones or doors. I'm also getting DC'd every few minutes now. I haven't modified the Everquest program in any way, nor have I added/removed any programs in general. I've done a virus scan/spyware scan and have got nothing. I've also tried rebooting.

The graphics problems make it seem like the sky appears in front of me, but I can still see particle effects. If I turn to the left or right, this effect disappears momentarily and I can see normally again, but only for a second or two.

I can target things with my mouse, but right-clicking does not work now. I tried this on several merchants. I have also been trying to click on the door to the bazaar, with no results. I have no problems right-clicking on this screen and getting the menu, it's only in-game that this is happening.

When I disconnect and log back on, I keep logging on underneath the platform that leads up to the bazaar door. I have to walk out from under it.

That's pretty much all I can think of for information, this wasn't happening before the patch, but I don't see anyone else complaining of these things, so I think it's likely coincidental.

I just installed this copy of EQ about 2-3 days ago and it was working fine until today. Anyone have any idea what is happening here? Thanks for any help.

Have you tried to do a compleat file check of all your EQ files before logging in?
Also try doing general computer maitinance by deleating old progerams and files that you no longer need on your computer followed by a scandisk and defrag.
