Ok, bringing the servers down to add the new expansion was bad enough.
I finally am able to log in and I have to download a ton of new files? WTF? They do not automatically appear on my hard drive?
I am so sick of SOE and their scams.
And what is with the emergency patches? 7 years online and they cannot do their work with exactly 0 problems?
Let's not even get into the Alchemy "fix". Why wasn't every new recipe automnatically placed in my bank with one finished example of each potion? I have to do quests and hail NPCs to find the recipes?
The same goes for my new spells. Why do we have to leave PoK to find them?
Everquest was so much better when it did not exist. I did not have to leave my couch as long as the remote was nearby and Wheel of Fortune always came on at the right time with no problems.
PS If any devs read these boards, try being smart about making games. Make it so all spells, items and tradeskill stuff is scattered around like in Quake and all we have to do is run over them to pick them up.

After 16 years, I'm not listing every friggin character.
If your so sick of their stuff then why do you still play? I don't understand people who complain about stuff when they can do something about it.
