Missing warrior abilitiesFollow

Today I had a look at my lvl 21 warrior (which I haven't been playing in a while) on EQ Players, and I noticed that he is missing several abilities:

Lvl 1: Throw Stone (Strikes your target with an unseen force, causing 1 damage)

Lvl 10: Focused Will Discipline (Focuses the energy of your will to heal your wounds. Any aggressive action you take will break your concentration) Disciplines (Timer 4)

Lvl 20: Provoke (Bellows profanity at your opponent, causing them to become very angry with you) Combat Abilities (Techniques)

Lvl 20: Back Swing (Allows you to make an additional attack on the backswing of your weapon) Techniques (Offensive) (Special)

Can anyone please tell me how to get these abilities? I presume that "Throw Stone" is to find at the combat abilities in the actions window (although I never noticed it there before), but I have no clue as of how to get the others...

Par contre, apparently Back Swing is not sold at vendors as the others...

Unfortunately, or fortunately depending on your point of view , many of the Warrior discs that show up on Lucy and this site never made it live as jrmayii pointed out.

Apparently a whole new system of disciplines was considered at one point that somehow involved something called "openings". On this site, only the discs that have "Triggered on demand" under the "Openings" section are available.

Personally, I think all those offensive-type discs that didn't make it here would make us too much like Berzerkers. Not that I have anything against Berzerkers but I'm a fan of specialized classes and ours is defense, not offense.
