can someone please tell me why i cant click accept or scroll down all i can do is click cancel please help this game is getting on my nerves

after the game patches i click play and then the agrrement pops up i cant click the accept button so i can make an account

Try hitting the tab key and then the enter.
Do you have mouse control?
If the above doesnt work try doing an advanced patch.
