Delinquent Payment?Follow

#1 Mar 20 2006 at 11:43 PM Rating: Decent
Ok, I just recently returned to Everquest, and have been playing for about 4 days. I just bought the Titanium Edition and registered it last night. I logged on today, and restarted my computer, tried to log back in and it says my account isnt active. When I try to log on at the station it says "we are experiencing technical difficulties" and when I try to log on through the forums it tells me I have been suspended due to a delinquent payment, but I know the payment went through, anybody know whats up?

Demand to be reimbursed for the time you are losing. If you just bought the game you get 30 days free time GURENTEED(SP) No ifs ands or buts about it.

If they refuse then demand your money back for the game. It clearly states right on the box 30 days game tiem INCLUDED with purchase, so you are in no way delinquant.

I could be wrong, but actually, the 30 days free with the game is for NEW accounts. If you are using the Titanium to update an existing account to get new expansions then you do not get the 30 days free.

OMG..class action lawsuit

Being serious, I just read SoE's website and all returning players get 7 days free IF, they download it off of the website.
