First go to bazaar and setup in barter mode, try to find the armor you are looking for in the setup to buy list. If it has not been made yet on the server, then it will not appear, and there is no GM Ogre on your server yet.

If it does appear, then go to Eqrankings.com, or even better the eqplayers.com if your are a subscriber, or have friend who is, go to it. Look for ogres on your server with 300 in the tradeskill you want. There will likely not be many. Write down their names and put them in friends list. When you see them online, ask them if they have completed the DoN GM armor quest, if they have then you can ask them ot make some for you if you have the ingredients.

As an alternative, I think you can look up the armor itself and see who on your server has it, then you can ask where they got it using friend list to find them when online. (not sure on the armor look up though)

If you can't find anyone who has done the GM Ogre armor in the tradeksill you want, then look for a GM armor Ogre in another tradeskill using same techniques above. They might not have made it in the original tradeskill yet and might have less than 300 but might be close enough to make some at least. ie a GM Smithing Orge when you want a GM Leather Ogre, etc.
