Anyone know what or why this is here? Can not enter, is not on any set lot? Seems to be on all servers. Unless, and it could be, It has been there forever and I have not seen it. But I have been all over all of the servers and all the neighborhoods. Located below guild plot in Terminus

Come visit my housing creations 20+ in Cedar Country Meadows, ZEK.
Terminus is my neighborhood and I have never seen a house or available plot at that location. Checking now on EMarr.
It exists on EMarr as well. I've never seen it before and I think I would have noticed. Clicking on the door opens my inventory window.
