Guild Emblemer QuestionFollow

Okie so I've worked hard to try and get my guild emblem, so when I hit level 20, I ran over to the emblemer guy, hand him my cloak pay 5 gold and he says enjoy... So then I look at my cloak and it looks exactly the same. So 5 gold down the drain, so I run to the dye merchants and bleach my cloak, and try again, once again he says enjoy your cloak, but theres nothing on it. The cloak is grey with a yellow trim when its not dyed. Any clue why it won't show up? I don't wanna waste my last 5 gold =(
