Hi, I have been trying follow Allakhazam's quest instructions but none of the starting NPC's will give me the quest. Specifically these did not work (in Hibernia): Straw's in town and Ring of Shadows (level 7 quests). What's going on?
i dont know how up to date Allah is, but i know with all the patching that is going on with the next expansion that several of the quests at all levels have been moved around.
