what are the max stat bonuses you can get from items / spellcrafting?

I'm pretty sure the maxes go up as you get higher RR (or it might not now..I'm not sure..But anyway).
Stats: Level * 1.5 (75 at level 50)
Hits: Level * 4 (200 at level 50)
Resists: level / 2 + 1 (26 at level 50)
I'm not sure what the +spec formula is, but you can get +11 at level 50.
Focus is equal to your level.
Melee damage, speed, the rest of those TOA bonuses are capped at 10% now, except for +power% and +healing% which are at 25% if I remember correctly.
Pretty sure that's it. If I missed something, mention it.
