A Few Questions.Follow

I use to play this game a long time ago, before the SI Expansion. I've been playing FFXI but I'm getting sick of that game and feel like getting back into DAoC again.

I was talking to someone the other day about it and he said you can download all the expansions (SI and ToA. Those are the only expansions right?) and I thought sweet, since I really don't feel like buying 2 expansions just to get back into a game. Now I found these expansions but my question is do they have everything on them? The new classes and such or just the new items and areas? I just want to know before I download them and waste time.
