Help with dark age of camelot install

I was installing the DAoC client (platinum version) and it gets 40% finished before it stops due an invalid file error or something. We are currently playing on the trial version, which we paid for, but it has no expansions on it or anything. Could it be a common Windows XP problem? Someone please help me. ;_;

I don't know about your problem but I've tried downloading the trial and it gets to 99% complete and then restarts! Took 1.5-2 hours and then it restarts for no reason. Is the trial version bugged? I'm using Opera and downloading off of File Planet. Help? Please?

id need much more details to help with that troubleshooting.

as for fileplanet and not getting the full download. that is just 1 of the many reasons i refuse to downlaod ANYTHING from fileplanet.
