News flash, most adults a greedy bastards. Limiting your age, limits some really great players. Ruthless only recruits about 10 people a month. We then weed out the annoying children, and jerkish adults. Its a win-win, our best puller is a kid who's only 16. Damn fine necro and TOA versatile as well! Teamspeak, look into it, it really brings a guild closer together, not to mention it helps SOOOOO much in raids.

Possibly true, but not in our experience. We've been around for nearly a year and our greatest problems have been due to children in the guild. You are most fortunate that your experiences have been dissimilar.
