Ive heard of a Program that lets you see the percentage of health or whattever somehtinghas and it has alot of other cool stuf on it. Could you please let me know the name or the link of where i could download it?

You might want to try www.daocmods.com, I do have a UI that displays the percentages of everything, but I downloaded it well over 2 years ago, and don't recall where I got it from.
