Ok, I don't like using combat macros nor do I like using function keys. I do however like using my mouse to click on toolbar macros in a battle (I'll admit I'm lazy, but hey, if the option is there...).
The problem is that these are too easy to drag off the toolbar so they disappear in mid-fight. Now I have to open the macros and drag it back on the toolbar all while keeping an eye on my group.
Anyone else have this problem?
I think it would be nice to have a lock/unlock option on the toolbar to eliminate this. Also, it would be nice if the page up/down on the toolbar was actually bigger than an electron so you could mouse click that.
Just tossing it out there for discussion.

Now for the real meat of your question, Yes I often pull things from the action bar by acident or move things across the task bar biaccident displacing some other function and duplicating one function.
So yes I agree a locking taskbar would be nice.
