My comment was based purely on the fact that most MMOs fail. It wasn't meant to be offensive to anyone but the OP, who's AoC trumps all attitude was unfounded and frankly a bit annoying. And yes, I was talking in raw subscription numbers or raw income. Outside Asia WoW is by far the biggest in that regard, and all MMOs since have failed to match that level of success, even though they are financially successful when compared to pre-WoW MMOs and in their own right.
By that measure, Cadbury Schweppes is a failure because they don't outsell Coke or Pepsi.

Ya. You're right. It is one of the top 200 most visited sites on the internet, and it's trying to bolster traffic spamming a forum ...

Definitely not someone from Gamespot, though part of me thinks it might be someone from Funcom trying to get some free advertising.

Whether or not we have a section devoted to AoC depends on quite a few things, mostly the developer of that game more than anything. We will see what happens...

Surely, if there is a "Legend of Norath" forum, we should get an AoC forum. That forum has 7 threads. 7.

Shadowrelm alone would start more threads than that in the AoC forum.

I feel like I should just stamp this answer to everyone's forehead and be done with it.

Come join in the AoC discussion on the forum we've had for well on 6 months.

It isn't on the page when you click on "Forums..." to the left. I had actually checked before.

Neither is the multi-game forum...and we're trying to come up with a way to make them more accessible, without bombarding you with 137 MMO forums you have no desire to know exist.

That one shows up under "Cross Site Forums" when I click on "Forums..." but I get what you mean.

Also, Forum=13 sometimes takes me to AoC's forum, and soemtimes to DaoC's forum.

Any idea why that is?
