I just finished up with Pooja on Naboo and I have no more instructions here. What else do I need to do to finish or get back on track with the Legacy quest? I'm supposed to eventually take the droid somewhere, correct?

After the Pooja series you had to go to the RSF Mainframe in the Theed Palace and do a series of quests from it I think.
