Another "I would lke to return" threadFollow

i'm a console gamer. i play my ps3 games. and just recently loaded ffxi on my ps3. i would like to add eqoa to my list of games i play from time to time.

lots of great memories and i dont even remember the people i used to play with but i would like to give it a go again.

CLW seems to be the server to go to, is that still the case?

i may not make it to extremely high levels but i'm good playing from time to time.

what are my chances of being able to play elf bard? successfully? (i know that at times of low population people are set in their party make up)

i used to have a 54 bard (or 52) named Truefist if anyone remembers, doubt it though.

if i order online by tomorrow i can hopefully get the game disc by end of week. so advice and information is highly appreciated.

i did look through the threads for my info but alot of it is from last year and just wanted to make sure its still cool to come back soon.

ok so i'm back.

first i played on new account.. no biggie, damn it felt dead on diren hold..

so i created a toon on clw..

a few days later i tell my friend about the madness that i did... ( a few months ago i also returned to ffxi, playing both now)

he reminded me that when i left eqoa, i gave him my account.. tada.. i have my account back..

but diren hold is empty.. so i went to clw again..

lmao, I came back about two mnoths ago and am quitting this weekend or next weekend 100%. I wouldn't recommend paying SoE 15 for THIS game. It's dying fast..updates are about every two months, usually more. And there is nothing but nerfs in the updates. FP is as bad as ever and the only place you'll find people other than HnG places. No one "group" anymore. It's all PL, HnG, quests.
