By addons do you mean expansions?
If so there have been three expansions:
- Jump to Lightspeed. (added Space)
- Rage of the Wookies. (Added Kashyyyk)
- Trials of Obi-Wan. (Added Mustafar)

WOW has a number of add-ons that are supported, SWG however, has none, there are add-ons, but their not supported, which means whenever a patch occurs, you need to reinstall them, or worse, reinstall the pre-addon configured files before the patch, and then reinstall the 'add-on' though the few that exist, are fairly rudimentary, and are more to do with combat animations - WOW's monopoly of useful UI tools is not present in SWG, if SWG had the playerbase that WOW has, i've no doubt there would be, i think WOW is one of those once only things, no other game has managed to garner such an immense playerbase, which is reputedly 11 million plus, compared to a game that can't even manage to raise 100 thousand players, you can probably see why they have concentrated on WOW. Perhaps if these developers created a few tools for SWG we might see an upsurge in players, not to WOW levels of course, but more is always better.

you would be surprised how many subsribers you can get when your game is easier that watching paint dry, anybody can get wow and max out on it, thats why it has so many subs.

sadly, thats why theres so many stupid noobs in the mmo world now, ruining fine games.

Its a shame that the UI isn't customisable like WoW and EQ2, there are some really nice interfaces out there.

I was reading one of the chat logs on Stratics and they were saying that they could borrow from any of the other SOE games I really hope they steal EQ2s UI at some point.

if there gonna take something from EQ2, they should take the appearance tab.
