This server is the oasis for mature players. My original toon is on Thog and the Thog general and ooc chat are something out of a junior high lunchroom. Since I have a 22 Barbarian on Thog who is actually guilded, I'm gonna continue to work him up when I can. Hopefully, we will get a guild up and running on Wiccana soon but until that happens, I'll continue to work up my Thog toon.

I've made the following toons on Wiccana:

Snorre - Conqueror

Haemish - Priest of Mitra

Dashiell - Assassin

Roam - Ranger

Tankard - Guardian

Snorri - Barbarian

I'll definately create a toon if I can find a way to switch to US servers.

Awesome! Time difference might be difficult, but not so much on weekends.

I had a spare character slot so I made a new toon but I wasn't able to get out of the American servers - not sure we can make this happen unless another account is created to select the regional server locations (UK/Euro, Americas, etc.). Smiley: frown

Yeah, I'm happy doing this. I don't mind playing for another account if that's all it takes.

I wonder if you can cancel your account and restart it on the US servers - spending twice the cost on 2 subscriptions is a lot to ask of you. Unless you can sell/give your other account to somebody.

Another idea is to maybe put in a help request in switching over before buying another game/subscription. I'll try to look it up on the game msg boards if anyone has asked about it.

I heard it's the same deal as with WoW, if you bought an European version, you only get access to the Euro servers. You'll need to buy an American version of the game or get an American key at least, I think anyway, can't say anything for sure though.

At least EQII allows for all servers to be played on by everyone. I always liked that, although even they did separate them all per continent.
