scrap from wrecks

I can't seem to figure out how to get scrap from wrecks. I can't find equipment that looks like it would do the job on the market and I can't find any info online. Can somebody help me with my noob problem please? :D

Salvaging is what you're looking for. You need to train for a Salvager I/II, it fits in a high slot.

salvager and a tractor beam, saves chasing all over the place for the wrecks ;D battlecruisers make good salvaging ships, if you fit a few expanders in the low slots, add an 10mn ab and at least 3 salvagers/tractors, and your good to go :D

I can remember what it's called. It's like a a retractor beam with a salvage thingy. haha.. very descriptive, i know :P
