You can leave Incraram to go to Astrub as F2P. I'm not sure where F2P ends but I know I was in the city while I was still F2P.
You should try and stay in Incarnum until you can't take it anymore as you can reset your stats and skills up to level 29, as in once you are level 30 no more free respecs also once are level 16 you can't return to Incarnum. If you want to still have access to a bank make a mule, basically a second account that you DB with for bank access. Lets you put points into Wis for faster leveling and SPs into attacks that you may not use as you continue to level with having to pay to change them.
Also on the 2.0 servers as most people are newish or not at the level cap, no one has hit level 200 on either 2.0 servers last time I checked the ladder, the economy is kind of weird. I'm on the A server and only recently has it been moving towards having more mid level gear and the basic stuff drop in price a bit.
My main is a level 44 Enu, full chance with a good Prespic set and Robber to fill in the other spots. Enu was not the original main but 120 base PP helps with drops so much I had to switch. Plus blowing stuff up from range and not taking damage helps when you can't buy bread to heal.
I have a 36 Agi Sac that is hurting for gear, first toon so didn't get the Boon Set before I left Incarnum, he will get a full Tofu Set soon to help him out when I can find a person to craft the hat and back.
I also have a level 28 Eni spec'd for heals in full Gob, focused on Int, that is so damn close to hitting 30 in farming so I can start to make some real damn money selling bread once I pick up Baking. Have the mats stored to blast up to the point where I can make Wholemeal Bread all ready.
A have a 25 Int Feca as well but she seems rather lackluster, not sure if it is equips, spec, level or class. I just use her for Alchemy and free Recall pots.
Other helpful hints. Everything is used for something, so only vendor blue weapons. You can sell to players but most wont use as they have durability unlike all other items. Also they sell for their (level+1)*100. I look for people selling say a level 23 blue sword for 2000 kama, buy it and sell for 400 profit baby. Sadly, I've been able to do that in an inn before... Regardless, the reason I say to hoard everything is that you or a friend will likely be able to use it to level a profession or to pool weird crap make stuff and smash it for a rune to mage your gear.
