Duo Characters

So my wife and I want to try Aion. What would you suggest as the 2 classes to chose for us to duo as far as possible?

Warrior and Priest then go Gladiator and Chanter???

Would appreciate some tips of impact of these choices at mid levels and later levels.

I also don't mind playing other types just thought those two would be the best.

I've had good results from both: Gladiator/Cleric and Assassin/Chanter. Gladiator/Chanter works too though the healer needs to be a little bit more on top of things if you're doing anything remotely dangerous like duoing campaign elites

Another way to go is both DPS class, such as two Assassins. It is very hard for a mob to kill 2 players that are putting out THAT much DPS, plus all the stuns and such.
