Primum Fortress, Where is it?

I see on my map the Primum Landing but I went the long way since had to meet another quest npc. Got killed from the force field at the Landing. Should I go via Eastern Shard way and also is the Fortress there? Looking for Konto to get the An Important Message quest. Thanks

You can not enter Primum Fortress through normal means if you are not an Asmodian character. There are ways to get inside it as Elyos but there is nothing to do there but Gank and eventually be chased down by Asmo's and die.
