Quick Bar Positions-How To Move Bar

Looked in Options and also online. What I want to do is move the vertical QuickBar #3 down farther to bottom.

I tried some combinations and nothing seems to work.

Anyone know?

The current quickbars can not be moved, but in a couple weeks perhaps a month they are adding a update with movable extra quickbars. That's what you are looking for.

Patch 1.9 added 2 more hotbars, but these are movable and can be made horizontal or vertical.
