The Korean version appears to be well ahead of the Western versions of the game. While I hate the idea of waiting, if it means the game will be more polished and streamlined for westerners, then I'm OK with it. However, what about when we finally do get the official release. Lets suppose that there is roughly 6 months of content. How long will we have to wait before we see new content compared to when Korea gets it? That is of course supposing that we would get future updates and expansions. Will they put the game out and leave it as is, saying "good enough", and never add new content? This might not effect the PvP players as badly, if they make some really good PvP content. However, it could be devastating to PvE players. I want expansions that have more and more classes, quests, storyline, and openworld and instanced PvE. Possibly even some mini games. I dont just want to do all the quests, finish the storyline, and do all the engame that comes out at launch, only to find that there will never be more.
TL, DR: Will the western version even get updates and expansions? If so, then how frequently? Because depending on how much content they come out with at launch, I expect a wave of new content approx every 6 months to a year from a triple A P2P MMO. Anyone with knowlegde about this please feel free to chime in.
