Pull up your ability menu(the one that has your general/***./combat/subt talents on it and click+hold and drag it to a number.

It's in your "subtlety" tab.

I wish I could hide the little stance tab that stealth puts over your bar. It gets in the way sometimes.

Stealth is part of your special actions stuff. which means you can bind to it without dragging it onto your main action bar and binding that slot. (which means you dont have to waste an actionbar slot for stealth)

just go to options .. keybinds .. look for special action 1 or something like that.. i forget the exact term.

My slot I use for it is a funky macro that stealths me at all costs, and I need to have that on my Action Bar. (would you go without Vanish? May as well bind other things to it too!) As thus, I would like to be able to remove it, or to have the chat window moved up. On my Hunter, I can't read the last thing anyone typed unless I dismiss my pet, which I understandably don't want to do.

I've actually got my stealth button bound the the side-button on my mouse, and auto-run on the other side. It really comes in handy.

You could always just move the "Chat windows" up..

Hover over the tab, then right click - uncheck fix window (I cant remember if thats the exact term, but its along those line, drag the window upwards, then do the same again to lock the window back in place.

Or if you're really lazy and dont want to mess around with key bindings, just press Ctrl+F1 as it's bound to that already.
