Has the Thick Hide talent been nerfed?

I started my new Hunter today, just got to Thick Hide/Skin (forget which) talent... and did it always used to be that low of a bonus? Or is it just me?

Actually, no, it was changed some months back. It used to be 30% for the pet. Now it's 20% pet and 10% hunter.
