rolling a hunterFollow

Hey im going to roll my first hunter in short now.
even since i'm not that experienced in it i tried to make a build
http://www.wow-europe.com/en/info/basics/talents/hunter/talents.html?0520300152521205310000550201205010000000000300000000000000000000

but would love some comments on it, since i probably made a few fatal choises of talents.

then i have another question about hunters in instances, usualy i see the hunters pets die to fast since the healer are to busy healing the tank and so.
how do you use your pets in instances and such and prevent it from beeing killed?
or do you just use it on defensive stance?
Even i'm i'm planing to use this as an alt and mostly grind stuff and maybe play some pvp i might get invited in an instance so would be good how to handle that beast in a good way then =p

cheers!

i'd change it to this
the Beast Within is a fantastic ability, and serpent's swiftness is fantastic too.
(if you really want some extra range, grab 3 points out of mortal shots)
Imp. Aspect of the Hawk is great until you hit 64 (when you get Viper, wich you'll be having on 90% of the time.)

here is my build.

There are several Talent points which are highly optional in this build, as I see it. I've been test driving Spirit Bond after having had a not so high opinion of it in the past, from when I had it at a lower level (something in the area of 45th-50th). I'll admit that I don't think it is complete junk now, as the much higher Health pools at 70 make the regen a respectable amount. But I still feel that the 2 points could be better spent elsewhere. I just haven't bothered to respec in a while. :)
I'm also not terribly impressed with Animal Handler. The points there and in Catlike Reflexes are also test-drives. I'd like to move the AH points into CR to see if that improved the Pets survivability, but again that would be a test drive. You can actually remove all of the Talents in SB, AH, and CR and not impact the ability to buy Talents further up the BM tree, if you want to put those points into another tree.

Other than those Talents I feel that I've bought the essential Talents for a BM/mm spec Hunter, which seems to be the build type you are looking for. You talk about running Instances, so I'll assume that you're more concerned with your PvE performance and not so much with PvP. If this is correct, then ditch Scatter Shot and Mortal Shots and finish the BM tree up through TBW. Intimidate serves as your short term stun, and it can pull a mob off of your Priest or another squishy. You won't need Scatter Shot, and the benefits of Serpents Swiftness and The Beast Within are huge, it'd be a shame to get so close and then pass them over for mid-range MM Talents.
