rundll32.exe is the name of a legitimate process included in windows and sometimes called by nvidia device drivers, and things of that nature. it is also a very common name used by viruses and spyware wishing to infiltrate and control your computer. Run a virus/spyware scan and see if that clears up the issue for you. IF not, try updating your device drivers, or deleating that copy of rundll32 and replacing it with a known good copy from the windows CD. Making sure you can get a copy of the file and can load it before you delete it. You also might want to upgrade your video card drivers.

NvCpl is your Nvidi video card driver. Upgrade your video drivers and see if the problem you are experiancing goes away. Also, how old is the card you are using, and what model is it?

Ok, here's what you want to try. Go here:
http://www.nvidia.com/object/winxp_2k_91.31.html

Click on the "Primary download site" link in the middle of the page. Scroll down to the bottom of the software license that shows up after that and click accept. The latest driver will then start to download. You'll want to save it to your desktop, or somewhere easy for you to find.

Once the file is downloaded, double click on the file to run it, and follow the steps to install. You might have to hit next a few times, but that's about all there is to it. After that, you will be asked to reboot your compyter. Do so, and see if that helps matters.
