Patch 2.0.1 EVIL! Need assistance, LAG SPIKESFollow

OMG, ever since i updaded WoW with the 2.0.1 patch, my character is going crazy! When i log into my character, there is no movement, just the last frame of everyone's movement while my character is able to move. Im in one giant lag frame. I can tell because no computer character in the world is moving and my demon is not even following me. After about 2 minutes enduring this, i get discconnected! I dont know what is going on. this is so far the 3rd week this is happening. I have tried to phone blizzard tech about this issue but their phone lines are constantly busy. I have used the automated phone support and it DID NOT help me one bit. But i have some clue. i tried re-installing the game to rule out any corrupted files, and the problem still consists. I think maybe my character is corrupted. I tried posting directly to the WoW forum of tech support but to post, you need to have a character, but i check the correct rhelm and for some odd reason my character does not show up under my account. Its like its there and its not. I dont know what to do! I dont want to delete my character....
