Problem with new monitor (WoW)Follow

I just got a new View Sonic widescreen monitor. Since I've updated it I've been having problems with choppy graphics when logged into World of Warcraft. Is this normal for having a new monitor? I've reset the sizing and everything and the monitor seems to be fast enought(5ms). What should I do?
