I'm having trouble installing Rise of The Zilart for PCFollow

When I log onto Final Fantasy XI, it tells me that I need to register the Rise of The Zilart Expansion pack. I click accept and it brings up anouther message saying that the expansion pack is not installed. I then followed the Guide in my Windows Instruction Manual on how to install the expansion. I followed the steps until I recieved this message: ERROR UCS-5534 With a note saying that it could not be registered because the expansion was already installed. I loged on to FFXI again and recieved the same message. I am able to play FFXI with no problems, though I may encounter them later as I am only Level 12. If anyone could help me install the expansion pack I would be very grateful. Thank You.

hey i am havening the same problem but for me its that i just installed the game and all the expansions and when i play the game is says that not all the expansions are installed so when im at the main menu in the game it show all the expansions highlighted except for the rise of zilart, i cant get it to install, when it ask me to insert **** one i doo that but noting happens and i have tried it a few times and the only thing that comes up is to uninstall the game i need some help.

when i put in disk one to install the rize of zilart expansion it doesn't do any thing.
Make sure the expansion is registered!
To register an expansion go all the way to the screen with the Play button (before FFXI goes full screen) Then click on content ID.
Now click on Register ID in the right column, it will then bring you to a list of registered expanded services. Make sure all your expansions are listed.
If not follow the steps to properly register them (you did keep the manual(s) right?)
To properly register an expanion click the circle next to it and click next.
