ECS-5000 ProblemFollow

I have a problem regarding PlayOnline and account reactivation.
When I login to the account it says i have an unpaid month and thats ok cause i know i have an unpaid month....but when i try to type in my card and stuff i cant login and it says Error- ECS-5000 PlayOnline ID and/or password is wrong....yet i wrote them correctly.
This shouldnt be a problem but im using and EU version now instead of the US version... and it shouldnt be that much of a problem....but i just cant login to the reactivation page
