So, have you guys been doing anything to exercise recently? I figure there's probably a few who are, considering the whole new years resolutions and all.
Four months ago when I joined my school's crew team, I could just barely run a mile. This morning, I rowed 10 kilometers on a machine, then immediately got up and ran 4.4 miles in the 30 degree weather, all before 7:30 AM.
It's pretty amazing what you can do if you really work for it.
Have you guys been keeping active? What's your routine normally, if you've got one? Hell, even just getting out and walking for five minutes a day is awesome.
