EST PM StaticFollow

I know there are many PM static threads, and I've read through some, but nothing in particular has caught my eye.

I am interested in starting a static PM group. My goal is to meet at least twice a week and finish 1-2 BCNM's and/or 1 Dungeon per meeting.

The gather together time will be 11pm EST, on any 2 evenings deemed convenient by the group (this is a night owl group! o.O)

The mission I am currently on is 4-3 (Sacriarium).

I am willing to redo all of Chapter 4 to catch some members up if there is need.

Once this group has started, it is estimated we will receive our rings within 2 weeks~. We won't be an ***-dragging group.

There are some requisites I'd like to go over before finalizing the addition of any member to this static.

You must have, at the minimum: 1 level 75 job and 1 level 60+ job. This shows me you have somewhat of a varied experience, and helps with job swapping when necessary.

You must be able to travel through aggro-heavy zones comfortably and quickly. This also means that some aspects of CoP that we do not cover as a group (Such as CS in Pso'xja) you will need to be able to do on your own!

You must have appropriately decent gear for whichever job you are going as, at whatever level cap (or uncapped).

You must demonstrate sufficient knowledge of the job(s) you will be using.

You must have the expected SUPPORT JOBS leveled for the job(s) you will be using!

You must be able to work well as a team, follow instructions and perform the role you are given in each mission.

In short, I am looking for 5 (mildly) intelligent individuals who are comfortable with their jobs and perform well under pressure.

This is my 2nd character, and I have cleared CoP completely on my first. I have knowledge and experience in all of these missions.

Nobdy likes spending hours shouting for 1 mission, end up with a pt consisting of at least 3 tards, and utterly phailing. I'm offering a chance to save on this headache.

If for whatever reason a mission does not succeed, you have the comfort of knowing that it WILL be done again, within days, with a group of people you are comfortable playing with, and that if job swaps are necessary, everyone will have at least 1 alternate job.
