i don't know, i am a lvl 58 RDM, i dun no if it is becoz i have stoneskin and phanlax such protection on myself so i dun have problem fighting around in that area at all...

Its safe to farm once everything there cons as "too weak to be worthwhile".

Probably somewhere in your 50s.

For a ranger... I'd say either late 50's to early 60's. Anytime before that and you'll either be burning through Sheiei or getting your *** kicked pretty bad.
