A visual summary of what is coming out.

I'm interested in Darker than Black: Ryuusei no Futago, Kuchu Buranko, and Toaru Kagaku no Railgun, and Letter Bee. Book of Bantorra and Nyan Koi might also hold some appeal, but I'd rather wait until the verdict is out. Also Inuyasha is back and wrapping up. That came out of nowhere.

Not too much to be interested in this season. The only series I plan on watching as it comes out is Darker than Black.

More Shakugan no Shana is good for me, though I think this is just an OVA. Anyone know when the real third season is supposed to be coming?

Not much else is really that interesting to me, though I watched the first couple of episodes of Kampfer the other day. It's hilariously awful. It's like it really wants to be a magical girl series even though it knows it isn't. (also, neither of Natsuru's voices sound anything like what I pictured, and normal mode Akane is a total hentai nutcase.)

Nothing really jumps out, so I'll probably use the opportunity to catch up on other series I put to the side/downloaded a while ago and collect these*. There's a few sequels and continuations and new series I've been meaning to watch anyway. Though, I do admit Nyon Koi looked moderately interesting with the catgirl intro video.

* Its an unhealthy cycle.

I thought Inuyasha had already ended (and not just the manga)... was I wrong?

That makes it look a lot cooler than the first episode of the original was. Now I'm torn between the plot I really couldn't get into and what looks like something pretty awesome.

Aside from that...a lot of those look really really cool.

I just saw pictures of Fairy Tail. I knew the title, and originally thought it was some CLAMP gooey loli story, but it looks more like a mix of Groove Adventure Rave / One Piece. So ... I take back what I said. I'll give that one a chance. Might start reading the manga as well.

Update: I went ahead and read the first chapter. Kind of a monster weighing in at about 80 pages, but Fairy Tail seems like the type of anime/manga that could go on like the current Big Three (Naruto/Bleach/One Piece). That's not to say it will, as Soul Eater had the same potential, and it's manga is still going, but I will say I did enjoy the first chapter and look forward to the anime.

Update 2: Watched the first episode. WTF is Plue doing all over the intro? I guess I was right that it has something to do with Rave; Not sure if its the same people doing both series or if there actually is a connection between the two, but overall I did enjoy what I saw. I will continue watching. It, so far, fits my tastes in anime. Action/Comedy. I just hope that it doesn't follow the whole Dragonball/Naruto/Bleach trend of starting off humorous and then turning fully SERIOUS BUSINESS later in the series. I hate when that happens.

Have some Plue.
