Aquarius zonedFollow

Apparently a bunch of people were pissed last night cuz I zoned Aquarius. What most failed to realize (even after I tried explaining) was that someone else had already zoned it before me. I had just made my way in and went around the corner, just barely past the spiders to the first funguar room, and there it was. I practically stumbled right across it and was like "oh ****". I was right by the zone so I just zoned. I figured it was a NM so I couldn't sleep it (I've never fought it before, so I really don't know).

Anyway, I wanted to say to anyone who was there and may read this, I am sorry it happened, but I really just reacted on instinct when I saw it there so far away from its spawn point. I don't know if anyone died (I don't think so), but if so, I apologize.

Incidentally, I didn't know that Aquarius is NOT true sound. You can sneak up and just go right by it. I guess I will get in the habbit of sneaking myself at the entrance instead of waiting to get to the open area ^.^

based on the MPK measures that SE took i don't think it would've killed anyone.

I wouldn't even think he would aggro you, but then again, i can't be sure of this.

If someone else had zoned it just then, i believe he would just stand around for a bit until he phased out and returned back to his usual spawn area. I'm not sure with NMs that if they're removed from their spawn that they re pop in the same spot, or after their timers comes back up. Either way, i would expect him to despawn in that area at the very least. Then again, i could be wrong on this.

Chances are it was someone trying to solo AQ. They pull him all the way to the zone and fight him. If things start to get bad, they zone and re-zone to shed hate. And (if no one is around to steal him) they might even DoT him to death.

unfortunately the MPK patch was only geared towards regular mobs, not (H)NMs... want proof? drag Guivre over to the Cape T. zone, where all the new RMTs happen to be lvling, and see what happens (if they're not smart enought to zone) ^^
