Okay Shiva. I'm looking to get a suit of Hydra Mail. I'm short the 2 key ingredients though, 2 titanictus shells and 2 hydra scales, and am willing to pay top dollar for them. Contact me in game, PC name "Lithos". Thanks in advance ^^

And if you need Titanicus shells, you could just find almost any Bonecrafter and get them made. Low skill, and I notice AH usually has these fish in, as I'm an idiot and nearly buy them all the time instead of Ryugu Titan's, haven't yet, but just you wait.
I'd do it for you, but my Bonecraft is only 30, Titanicus are only like 4k each though.
Good luck with Hydra scales though.

That would require an LS to kill Hydra and no one really cares to. You'd have to offer millions for an LS to take the time to go kill it, really.

Berserker's Torque is pretty crappy cause of its Latent.
The scales make pretty decent armor for Sams, though Haubergeon,JSE70 and some AF/Relic are still better. The armor is good for Drgs though each peice can be replaced with something. Most Drgs rather go for Barrone/Conte or Homam if they're able to. Not sure if the Sam update will make this armor more desirable.
The good drop would have to be the Hydra Fang which makes Snakeeye, pretty good for War and Thf but not sure how the Latent works. I suppose it makes a good substitute to Wars who keep tossing their Bomb Cores. x_X

I'd kill fo rthe chance to fight hydra. I no longer have an HNMLS (broke) and even then we only did sky. People are far too preoccupied with what it drops, rather then the fight itself. /sigh.

From what I understand a few LS's have done it once or twice for "the fight"/title but don't go back because there is nothing useful.
Like i told ya last night Lith its gonna cost you way more then its worth to have an alliance from some ls fight this for you.

Thats the bread and butter of HNMLS's, ppl dedicate time to spend hrs camping an NM to get drops to better themselves.
Hydra may be an HNM but he's rather low priority, again cause of his drops. Would an HNMLS rather try for a possible claim on Fafnir and gain Abdjurations and his other drops or go for Hydra when his drops are nearly worthless. The only reasons I can think of why an HNMLS would go kill Hydra would be if the leader wanted to, or simply to get everyone the title.
Unless Hydra's drops become synth items for something later in an update, he'll be an overlooked HNM.
Well, they are synth items, but for I'm a moron. Really great armor set, but it's for a VERY small portion of the server population.
Hydra Armor is almost like a much more powerful version of Gavial Armor, which is also Sam and Drg armor but no one really uses it cause there are better choice, same goes for Hydra in spite of the boosted stats.
Well eventually you'll find it, Hydra is killed every now and then.
